COPY: All parts (sheets) print alike; body copy must be the same. Allow 3/8" border (gripper) space on all four sides of the sheet.
PAPER: 20-pound pre-collated, black-print stock is used to manufacture any of our popular-sized, edge-glued carbonless forms in 2, 3 and 4-part sets.
ARTWORK: Must be supplied by up-loading PDF / EPS or other digital files to our server.

SCREENS: We accept digital art with screens.
BACK PRINTING: All parts
(sheets) must print alike; copy must be the same. We recommend
electronic artwork include a 40% screen of all back copy, but
this is not required. We do not manipulate any copy provided in
electronic formats.
INK: Black and Reflex Blue
are free, for the single or first ink choice. Six additional standard
inks are also available: PMS 185 Red, PMS 201 Maroon, Pantone
Purple, PMS 347 Green, Process Blue, and PMS 469 Brown. Custom ink colors are also available along with 4-color Process
(Full Color).
GLUE EDGE: Indicate which side of form is to be glued,
relative to the copy. (as if you were reading the form).
HOLE DRILLING: Two, three, four or five holes are available. Indicate hole placement during the ordering process.
NUMBERING: Red ink is standard. Black is also available at no extra cost. Indicate number placement on art. Give starting number on order form.
WRAPPING: Forms are loose-packed, unless shrink-wrapping is requested.
TURNAROUND: Allow three to five working days on most forms.
SHIPPING: Shipping provided via UPS, choose from Ground, 3Day-Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when an e-mail address is provided.
RUSH SERVICE: For Rush Turnaround, Add $30 per item.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
REORDERS: Artwork will be kept on file for two years. Please refer to confirmation number and original order date for faster service.
